- We strictly follow the guidelines of Installation Masters™ on the proper techniques to installing windows & doors. The guide lines that are laid out in this installation manual are what we base our exact installation methods on, so there is no question about how we perform our work.
- We stand behind our manufacturers warranty. We deal directly with our own customers on manufacturer warranty issues on any products we distribute or install.
- You never pay for warranty work. If there is a warranty issue with our own customers we make sure that any replacement parts or servicing is done at no cost to our customers, as long as it falls under the manufacturers warranty.
- We guarantee performance on all our products. All of our products come with a NFRC rating which allows our customers to see how each product will perform.
- We are not satisfied until you are. Your satisfaction is what we strive for and we guarantee to follow everything exactly how it is specified in our proposal to you.
