The entire team at Putnam Windows is incredibly professional. Tyler did a fantastic job of describing the options and the benefits of the windows and door we selected. He also did the on-site visit to take the measurements and discuss further project details. Janet was helpful in walking us through the contracts and working with the Town of Poughkeepsie building department to get the permit paperwork filled out. Phil and John did a terrific job with the installation and clean-up. I highly recommend Putnam Windows. This is the 3rd job that they have done at my home and I am thrilled with the outcome of all of their work. As they say, you get what you pay for and this team delivers!

Putnam Windows has replaced some very large windows at our house. Tyler and Janet were very helpful in determining the configurations and pricing of our new windows. Tyler and his workers arrived on time and the installs went very smoothly. We will definitely be doing business with Putnam Windows in the near future again!

I had a brilliant experience with Putnam Windows, replacing 7 windows that needed to maintain visual consistency within our landmark district community. Tyler gives impeccably personalized service: demonstrating the options in his showroom, and personally coming to measure and install (with Phil). He was also spot on with his suggestions about color choice and hardware. His plan to replace only the sashes was far less disruptive, kept all of our original trimwork intact, and was less than half the cost of the Anderson window work plan. I also love doing business with a local company. Tyler has assured me they personally back up the lifetime guarantee and said he himself would come if there were any needed adjustments. I am 100% satisfied with their work, workmanship and materials.

We just had a custom-made shower door installed, and it is stunning. Even our contractor commented on how beautiful it is! Plus, the process was seamless.

We have been very happy with all the Okna replacement windows (8 double hung, 1 picture and 1 awning) we had installed by Tyler and his staff almost 10 years ago. They still look and work great. The installation was quick and efficient. The reason for this current review is how pleased we are with their follow-up customer service.

We recently called (almost 10 years after installation) to say we had a minor issue with one of the windows and the owner Tyler took time out of his busy day to drive 30 minutes to Yorktown to adjust the window (which only took him just a few minutes) so it once again works perfectly - what pleasant quick caring customer service!!

For the past year I had debated replacing my 28yr old windows when I happened to pass by Putnam Windows. I stopped in to their showroom and met with Janet and Tyler. They showed me the windows that would work best for my house. The info I received proved that they are very professional and knowledgeable. I purchased 17 windows and a sliding patio door. Janet put us on the schedule and when the time came Tyler,Phil and John showed up on time and immediately went to work. They were very respectful of our home both outside and inside, not wanting to damage any plantings or bushes outside or tracking in any dirt inside. They hauled away all debris and cleaned up daily. Watching Tyler ,Phil and John work proved to me that these guys are true

100% positive experience with Putnam Windows. Tyler initially thoroughly described the process and the new windows. During installation, Tyler, Phil and John explained what they were doing, offered usage advice, and were generally extremely easy and friendly. Just as they had been described, the windows are much more energy efficient, and far, far easier to open, close, and clean than the old windows. So happy to have this done. Thank you Putnam Windows!
